Hi friends
I'm concurrently filing 140 and 485 at NSC (my application shd be out in 2-3 days). I've obtained a waiver and my J-1 expires next year Aug 2008. What do you guys feel that if this much time is enough to obtain the decision regarding those two applications. I'll be getting my and wife's EAD in 3 months. Should I used EAD after my J-1 expries or else I move to H-1 a month before it expires. Presently my wife is working in a private company (j-2 EAD). My lawyer discouraged me by saying that my applicaation could be rejected as J-1 is non-immigrant intent visa?? Please reply...

I joined and contributed already to the IV although I am not yet on the GC queue. I support you all with my heart.
I have a different concern about PERM filing. My application will be EB2 with Ms + 4 years as Senior Soft Eng, and my lawyer asked my manager to create the business necessity letter for MS degree. He is not experienced with this kind of paperwork and the lawyer seems to be just not helpful rather demanding... I was wondering if somebody in IV had to deal with this business necessity letter. Any information would be helpful...

Hi All,
I applied I765 in Jan 2011...but its in initial review state now(Nebraska).
Because of some urgent reason i have to leave US in April ...& no such fiexed plan to come back in US near future.
So m planning to withdraw i765 application...So anybody knows answer to my questions,
1.what is the procedure to withdraw?
2.Whats a address for Mail OR Email OR Phone Number?
3.What information do i need to submit?
4.How much time it will take to withdraw?

hi guys,
during stage 3, they require a birth certificate. what if I dont have a birth certificate? do they accept an affidavit from my parents with a domicile cerrtificate or not? i dont even have a school leaving certificate. please give me advices.
